Cabinet Approves Department of Science and Technology Scheme: ‘Vigyan Dhara’

The Union Cabinet, under PM Narendra Modi, has approved the unified central sector scheme named Vigyan Dhara, aimed at strengthening India's Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) ecosystem.

• Total Allocation: ₹10,579.84 crore for 2021-26 (15th Finance Commission period).

Background
