• Joint Venture Possibility: The MoU explores the possibility of transferring RRVUNL's gas-based power plants at Dholpur and Ramgarh to a Joint Venture Company (JVC) for better management and optimization.
• Solar and Wind Projects: Both organizations plan to establish 1,000 MW of solar and wind projects across Rajasthan, advancing the state's commitment to clean energy initiatives.
• 24X7 Power Supply: The collaboration envisions opportunities to ensure uninterrupted 24X7 power supply, providing consistent energy availability to the state.
• Techno-Commercial Feasibility: Prior to forming the JVC, extensive research will be undertaken to assess the techno-commercial feasibility of each project.
