Cricket Career

Ashuman, an Indian opener, played 40 Tests and 15 ODIs for India during 1975-1987.

Coaching Career

He also coached Team India twice (in 1997-1999 and 2000).

Awards and Recognition

In the year 2018, BCCI honoured him with the C.K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award.

Autobiography

His autobiography 'Guts Amid Bloodbath' was released in the year 2023.
