Developed Rajasthan 2047 Plan
Under the Developed Rajasthan 2047 vision, various schemes will be implemented in the next 5 years.
Jal Jeevan Mission
- Target to supply drinking water to 25 lakh rural households at a cost of ₹15,000 crore.
Energy Sector
- Plan to generate 20,500 MW electricity from conventional sources and 33,600 MW from renewable sources by 2031-32.
- 25 lakh smart meters will be installed this year.
Road Infrastructure
- 53,000 km of road to be constructed, investment of ₹60,000 crore.
Urban Development
- ₹150 crore to be invested to set up Wi-Fi-enabled libraries and co-working stations.
- Under the Rajasthan Regional and Urban Planning Bill 2024, planned development of urban and peri-urban areas will be done.
Education Sector
- ₹65,073 crore allocated under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
Health Sector
- Water supply system to be improved in 183 cities under the Chief Minister Anchal Health Scheme at a cost of ₹15,000 crore.
Agriculture and Rural Development
- ₹650 crore allocated for Rajasthan Krishi Vikas Yojana (Raj KVY).
- 1,000 custom hiring centres to be formed and 2 clusters each to be set up in 10 agro-climatic zones.
- ₹100 crore assistance to promote organic farming and traditional farming.
Financial Management
- GST Revenue: Estimated to reach ₹55,800 crore, up 16%.
- VAT: Increase to ₹29,000 crore, up 12%.
Women Welfare
- Bio-/Pink toilets for women to be constructed in rural and urban areas.
