1. First Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi

Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS): Socio-spiritual Hindu faith rooted in Vedas, based on teachings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Formally established in 1907 CE by Brahmaswarup Shastriji Maharaj. Focuses on practical spirituality, addressing spiritual, moral, and social challenges. 2. Indian PM Modi to Attend World Government Summit 2024 in UAE

About World Government Summit (WGS): Annual global gathering for world leaders and experts. Established in 2013 by UAE Vice President. Held annually in Dubai, UAE. Aims to shape future governments and improve humanity's future.

3. Raisina Dialogue 2024

About Raisina Dialogue: Organised by ORF in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs, India. Theme of 2024 edition: "Chaturanga: Conflict, Contest, Cooperate, Create."

4. Cameroon Adopts Nagoya Protocol

Nagoya Protocol: Legally binding global agreement under the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). Adopted in Nagoya, Japan in October 2010. Ensures fair and equitable sharing of benefits from genetic resource utilization.

5. India Exports BrahMos Missile to Philippines

Significance: Philippines is the first foreign country to receive BrahMos supersonic missile from India.

6. India and Iran Sign Agreement to Operate Chabahar Port

Chabahar Port: Located in southeastern Iran on the Gulf of Oman.

18. President Droupadi Murmu's State Visit to Three African Nations

Visit: Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness of Jamaica visited India at the invitation of PM Narendra Modi.

21. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 'Electoral Cooperation'

MoU Signed: On October 25, 2024, the Election Commission of India signed an MoU with the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan for electoral cooperation.

22. India-Australia Annual Summit 2024

Held: During the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro. Discussion included plans to renew and strengthen the Defence and Security Cooperation Joint Declaration by 2025.

Location: Georgetown, Guyana. Organised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The summit was attended by President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali and Prime Minister Deacon Mitchell of Guyana.

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan. The conference aims to reduce greenhouse gas concentrations. It launched the Climate Finance Action Fund (CFAF), targeting an initial fundraising of $1 billion.
