• India International Science Festival (IISF) 2024: The IISF 2024 will take place from November 30 to December 3, 2024, at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati.
• ISRO's PSLV Launch: ISRO's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) will launch from Sriharikota on December 4, 2024, at 4:08 pm. This launch involves collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA) and New Space India Limited (NSIL).
• Curiosity Rover: A car-sized robotic rover by NASA, the Curiosity Rover has been exploring Mars since 2012. It explores the Gale Crater, a large impact crater on Mars with a diameter of about 154 kilometers.
• Proba-3 Launch: India’s PSLV rocket will launch two satellites, named Proba-3, on December 4, 2024. This is a groundbreaking endeavor, as it marks the first time two satellites will fly in parallel formation for extended periods.
• GSAT-20: The GSAT-20 satellite will be launched in collaboration between the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and SpaceX. SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket will carry the satellite into orbit.
