Cabinet Approval: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Modi, approved 12 new projects under the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme (NICDP) with a total investment of ₹28,602 crore. Strategic Locations: The projects will span across 10 states, including industrial nodes in Khurpia (Uttarakhand), Rajpura-Patiala (Punjab), Dighi (Maharashtra), Palakkad (Kerala), Agra and Prayagraj (UP), Gaya (Bihar), Zaheerabad (Telangana), Orvakal and Kopparthy (AP), and Jodhpur-Pali (Rajasthan).
