SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!! SALARY DEPENDENT ON LICENSURE AND EXPERIENCE!! Associates License- $47,763.86-$57,096.00 Fully Licensed- $58,240.00 - $75,000.00 GENERAL NATURE OF WORK: Duties Include: Coordinator is required to supervise clincial and non clinical staff, Provide Outpatient services, including assessments, individual, family and group therapy and skills training, provide quality collaborative documentation, maintain all required trainings and certifications, attend staffings, particpate as a team player & conduct weekly treatment team meetings, attend stakeholders meetings, inlcuding accountability court, collaborate with other agencies, including accountability judges, for the benefit of the client, attend any required state meetings, submit all required reports to Aspire/DBHDD ontime, follow DBHDD contract guidelines for service provisions as well as agency policy and procedure other duties as assigned . QUALIFICATIONS: Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers and Marriage and Family TherapistsANDtwo years of post-licensure experience providing therapeutic counseling; case management and coordination services; and assessments for court depositions, legal proceedings and/or eligibility determinations. OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS APPLICABLE TO THIS POSITION: (X) A pre-employment physical required for appointment to position. (X) A fingerprint criminal records investigation required for appointment to position. (X) Pre-employment drug testing and random alcohol/drug testing required for appointment to position. (X) Males between 18 and 26 years of age required to present proof of having registered with the Selective Services System as required by federal law or of being exempt from such registration. (X) An official transcript required from the college that granted your hours and/or degree. The transcript (Primary Source) will need to be furnished to the Human Resources Department.
