Join Our Team as an Entry-Level CAD Drafter!
On-site in Jupiter, FL | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Are you ready to put your SolidWorks and engineering skills to work in a supportive, team-driven environment? In this role, you’ll create and maintain technical documents, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with multiple departments on exciting projects. This is a great opportunity for those early in their engineering career to gain valuable hands-on experience with a growing company.

What You’ll Do

• Uses SolidWorks to create, develop, revise, and maintain engineering drawings and documents.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, including but not limited to manuals, purchasing and manufacturing specifications, work instructions, product guides, procedures, checklists, part numbers, and inspection requirements.
• Ensure all outputs meet compliance standards, including ISO 9001, third-party certifications (ATEX/FM/CSA), and company quality procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, Service, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Purchasing teams to support project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Provide technical training or support to other departments, such as Sales or Service, when necessary.
• Assist in technical discussions with vendors or suppliers regarding specifications and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Technology.
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools. SolidWorks experience is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously towards goals.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
