Job Title: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Hours & Schedule: Full-Time

Work Environment: Combined outpatient women’s health clinic and inpatient labor & delivery

Salary / Hourly Rate: $110,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience

Bonus Offered: Bonus potential based on collections and performance metrics

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Conduct gynecologic exams, contraception counseling, and wellness screenings
• Attend and manage vaginal births
• Assist physicians during cesarean deliveries as appropriate
• Deliver immediate newborn care
• Manage obstetric emergencies with timely escalation
• Educate patients on prenatal care, reproductive health, and preventive care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR
• Follow midwifery best practices and national clinical guidelines
• Provide care with empathy and respect across diverse populations

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-midwifery program (U.S.-based)
• AMCB Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
• Licensed or license-eligible as a CNM in Arizona
• BLS certification preferred
• 1+ years of full-scope CNM experience preferred

CNM Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
