We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team ! In this role, you’ll bring nonprofit campaigns to life through in-person community engagement, grassroots outreach, and live events —no cold calling, no scripts, just real conversations that create change.

🎯 Role Overview: Customer Service Representative

As a CSR, you’ll serve as the public-facing voice of powerful nonprofit campaigns, helping to connect the public with causes that matter. This is a field-based role —perfect for individuals who thrive on meaningful, in-person interaction and want to work toward real social change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs

• Engage the public in friendly, professional, and values-driven conversations

• Communicate nonprofit missions and explain how individuals can support the cause

• Educate community members on current campaigns, social impact, and donor involvement

• Build lasting donor relationships through authentic engagement

• Work collaboratively with outreach team members to achieve campaign goals
