Digital Marketing Specialist- REMOTE

Department:  Marketing

Reporting to:  Senior, Digital Marketing Specialist (Northeast)

Location:  Remote/ Northeast required / PA, OH, MD, WV, MD, CT Preferred

 

 

Position Summary:

This position reports to the  Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Northeast  within the Digital Marketing team, part of the Trulieve Marketing department.

The role is responsible for executing omni-channel marketing initiatives, including email and SMS campaigns, Rewards program messaging, and in-store digital touchpoints. It also involves managing performance-driven campaigns through CDP/CRM platforms and delivering actionable reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Omni-Channel Messaging Execution:  Deploy promotional messaging across email and SMS channels in alignment with marketing calendars. Coordinate Rewards program communications and in-store digital touchpoints.
  • Campaign Management & Performance Reporting:  Manage performance-based campaigns using CDP/CRM platforms. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes.
  • Geo-Based & Product-Based Targeting  Develop and execute geo-targeted messaging strategies for store-specific promotions. Create product-focused campaigns based on inventory, launches, and customer preferences.
  • Brand Compliance & Messaging Consistency  Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines, market specific compliance and tone of voice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency across channels.
  • Vendor Management  Build relationships with in-market marketing vendors that coordinate deliverables- creative, promotional calendars, design elements, asset management.
  • Collaboration & Reporting  Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Northeast to align on regional strategies. Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with exposure to CRM and omni-channel campaign execution- email, SMS, Rewards/loyalty/Analytics
  • Availability : Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CDP and/or CRM systems, Reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Teamwork & Communication : Strong belief in relationship building and collaborative work to achieve shared goals.
  • Work Ethic : Highly organized, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays

 

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
