Your Role

Seeking a Director of Quality Solutions who will revolutionize the quality infrastructure for our emerging Tier 1 automotive segment in Commerce City. By driving adherence to IATF 16949, you will ensure our processes meet stringent OEM expectations and advance our commitment to quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the integration of IATF 16/MAQMSR parameters into our systems, guaranteeing full compliance.
• Administer and refine our quality management ecosystem to align with rigorous industry and consumer standards.
• Facilitate PPAP-related activities liaising with necessary departments to ensure timely execution.
• Mentor personnel on employing advanced quality tools and methods effectively.
• Act as a key contact for quality audits, whether initiated by us or our clients.
• Collaborate with crucial internal teams to uphold quality and launch readiness for new products.
• Utilize advanced problem-solving methodologies to perpetuate continuous process and product improvement.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields is required.
• 5+ years of quality experience in the automotive industry, focusing on Tier 1 suppliers.
• Thorough comprehension of IATF 16/MAQMSR standards and their practical application.
• Proficiency in critical quality assessment tools and ISO compliance auditing.
• Familiarity with the thermoplastics realm adds value.
• Proactively led quality initiatives in rapidly evolving environments.
• Exemplary communication and leadership capabilities.
• Relevant certifications enhance your candidacy.

Compensation Details

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, contingent on experience.
