We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Document Specialist to assist with the creation, formatting, editing, and organization of digital documents. This role is remote and flexible, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently with simple administrative tasks involving documents.
Format and organize digital documents (Word, PDF, Google Docs, etc.)
Review documents for accuracy, clarity, and grammar
Rename, sort, and store files in correct folders
Convert files between formats (e.g., Word to PDF)
Create or update templates as directed
Ensure consistency and compliance with company standards
Perform basic data entry or text updates as needed
Follow instructions and meet simple deadlines
Basic computer and internet skills
Familiarity with word processing tools (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, PDFs)
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions
Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
Strong organizational and time-management skills
No prior experience necessary — training provided
