Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department

- Manage the company's main email account and respond to inquiries promptly

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the company

- Schedule appointments and manage the company's calendar

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents

- Monitor and order office supplies as needed

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for special events.
