Position Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented, energetic team member to manage our complete order fulfillment process from wholesale, corporate and retail channels - from answering customer calls to ensuring every order leaves our facility perfectly prepared. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to grow with an established local business.

What You'll Do:

• Process customer orders across all channels by phone and online systems
• Carefully package our artisan chocolates to maintain quality standards
• Organize and schedule orders for efficient fulfillment
• Prepare shipments and coordinate with delivery services
• Make local deliveries as needed
• Maintain organized inventory, records and clean workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our 25-year reputation

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent phone manner and customer service instincts
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and learning new processes
• Reliable transportation for local deliveries
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Previous customer service or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work on your feet and lift modest weights
