Description

Assist customers and service technicians in identifying correct parts for equipment. Process parts orders accurately through the company’s inventory management system. Maintain well-organized parts inventory, including stocking, labeling, and tracking. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and order parts as needed. Provide pricing, availability, and lead-time information to customers and internal teams. Support the service department by preparing and delivering parts for repairs. Handle returns and warranty claims in accordance with company policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department.

Must have an up-to-date resume and experience in parts is preferred.
