### What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage tax projects for a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
- Prepare, review, and analyze complex individual and business tax returns.
- Provide expert tax planning and projection insights to support clients' financial success.
- Conduct tax research and address inquiries, managing resolutions and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Oversee accounting processes and financial reporting to ensure clients receive high-quality service.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a strong and supportive work culture.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

### What We're Looking For:
- CPA certification required
- At least 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on tax returns for at least three consecutive tax seasons.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with tax compliance, risk assessment, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
