Job Type Full-time Description Summary: We are seeking a passionate Web Developer with a strong focus on front-end technologies and ecommerce development. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing user interfaces for a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. The Web Developer will work closely with the Development and Design Teams to ensure that all projects align with business objectives and provide an exceptional customer experience. Job Responsibilities: Front-End Development

• Build, test, and optimize responsive and accessible web pages using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Svelte).
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into responsive and functional web pages. Ensure consistency in design elements across the site.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the feasibility of designs.
• Ensure site works consistently across major browsers and platforms, addressing any compatibility issues.

Ecommerce Development

• Develop and maintain features on ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems and APIs.
• Build and enhance key functionalities such as product pages, search functionality, cart/checkout workflows, and user account management.
• Use analytics tools to analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance conversion rates and usability.
• Help design user-friendly navigation, filters, and checkout flows to simplify the shopping experience.
• Perform functional and usability testing on ecommerce workflows, including checkout and payment processes.

Work Environment This role primarily operates in an office environment. However, occasional visits to the warehouse or retail locations may be required. Requirements Physical Demands The employee may need to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Travel Not required. Qualifications needed to perform this position: Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems and platforms, such as Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with website analytics and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
• Experience using front-end CSS libraries such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Some knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
