The Geological Survey of India in the Katghora area located in Korba district of Chhattisgarh has confirmed the presence of large reserves of lithium in an area of ​​about 250 hectares.

With this, the country’s first lithium mine will start soon in Katghora. The central government has entrusted this work to Mackie South Mining Company.
