Effective From: 1 July 2024

Three New Laws:

  • Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS): Replaces Indian Penal Code (IPC)
  • Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS): Replaces Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC)
  • Bharatiya Sakshya Act (BSA): Replaces Indian Evidence Act (IEA)
