Programme Name: SEHER Programme

Initiative By: NITI Aayog's Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) in collaboration with TransUnion CIBIL.

Objective: Enhance financial literacy and business skills among women entrepreneurs.

• Focuses on improving financial literacy among women entrepreneurs.
• Helps women access financing tools to expand and scale their businesses.

Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP):

Launched: Incubated by NITI Aayog in 2018; became a public-private partnership in 2022.

Objective: Support women entrepreneurs in India’s 63 million MSMEs.

Focus Areas:

• Entrepreneurship promotion and access to finance.
• Market linkages, training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
• Business development services for growth and scaling.

Collaboration:

The platform works in collaboration with various existing stakeholders to effectively empower women entrepreneurs and provide them with the necessary tools for success.
