- Goal 1 (No Poverty): score increased from 60 to 72.
- Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth): notable improvement.
- Goal 13 (Climate Action): highest score increase (from 54 to 67).
- Goal 15 (Life on Land): substantial gains.

Key Government Interventions Driving SDG Progress:
- PM Awas Yojana: Over 4 crore houses built.
- Swachh Bharat: 11 crore toilets built.

- Ayushman Bharat PMJAY: 30 crore beneficiaries.
