NCPCR launches GHAR (Go Home and Re-Unite) portal
- Purpose: The GHAR portal is for the rescue and repatriation of children, monitoring their rehabilitation under the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.
- NCPCR is the apex body for the protection of children's rights, established under the CPCR Act, 2005.
- It comprises 1 Chairman and 6 members, submitting annual reports to the Central Government.
- NCPCR is responsible under the POCSO Act (2012) and the Right to Education Act (2009).

Culture Ministry launches Mera Gaon Meri Dharohar Project
- Launched: July 27, 2023, under the National Mission on Cultural Mapping.
- Culturally map India's 6.5 lakh villages on a virtual platform.
- Promotes appreciation for Indian culture, fostering economic growth, social harmony, and artistic development in rural areas.
- Soil collected from across the country to develop a garden in Delhi.
- Shila Palakam will be established through Mahatma Gandhi NREGA.
- 'Vasudha Vandhan' - 75 saplings will be planted to develop Amrit Vatika.
