PM SHRI Schools

• Type: Centrally sponsored scheme by the Government of India.
• Objective: Develop over 14,500 PM SHRI Schools managed by Central Government/State/UT Government/local bodies, including KVS and NVS.

Unified Pension Scheme (UPS)

Key Features

• Assured Pension:
  • 50% of average basic pay of the last 12 months for retirees with 25+ years of service.
  • Proportionate pension for 10-25 years of service.
• Assured Family Pension: 60% of the employee's pension after their demise.
• Minimum Pension: ₹10,000 per month after 10+ years of service.
