- Joint Initiative: Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MoSJE) and Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), implemented by NSKFDC.
- Coverage: 500 cities (AMRUT cities) from 2022-26.

- Insurance under AB-PMJAY.
- Livelihood assistance promoting mechanization and enterprise development.
- Capital subsidies up to ₹5 lakh for sanitation machinery.
- Interest subsidies capped at 4-6% for beneficiaries.
- Training with stipend up to ₹3,000 per month.
