**Responsibilities**
**Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican ( is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)** to join our **OB/GYN** team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care to patients. The CNM will provide comprehensive women's health services including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman care in both the outpatient and hospital settings. Our team is committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving the diverse community of the Central Coast.

**What We Offer:**
+ Competitive salary with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
+ Annual Salary: $142,898.00 - $160,046.00 / year DOE with opportunity for productivity bonus

**Qualifications**
+ Active California Certified Nurse Midwife licensure
+ Active RN license
+ Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
+ Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
